Welcome Weston Lakers!

We're excited about the 2008 season, and excited about you being a part of our team!

Please enroll online, completing a separate 'Registration Form' (below) for each swimmer. Each swimmer receives a towel (NEW! instead of a t-shirt) as part of their registration fee.

Extra towels, monogramming for the towels, t-shirts, decals (personalized) and visors may be ordered using the 'T-shirt/Extra Towel/Other Order Form' (below). Enter the Swimmer Name rather than the name of the person you are ordering the items for; this will aid in distribution.

There are other forms to complete (of course!) relating to volunteering, West Houston Aquatic League (WHALe) requirements, and so on. These will be distributed at on-site registration.

Registration Form

By submitting your registration, you are agreeing to the terms of the Parent/Swimmer Agreement.

NOTES for online registration:
-Please enter the swimmer's date of birth in this format: 06/09/2000.
-Please enter phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
-For multiple swimmers in the same family, you may type 'See [name of first swimmer registered]' in fields common to all swimmers (phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.)

Fee Schedule

Please make checks payable to WLST.

Registration Fees:
Weston Lakes Members - $70/swimmer ($40/swimmer for third plus swimmers from same family)
Non-Members - $85/swimmer ($60/swimmer for third plus swimmers from same family)
Late Registration (after May 11) - $20/swimmer

Swimsuits:
Girls - $27
Boys - $22

***IMPORTANT NOTE ON SWIMSUITS***
Swimmers on the team last year are not required to purchase a new suit. If you do purchase a suit, there are NO RETURNS, so please make arrangements with KELLY STANKA to try the suits on before ordering. The suits this year are solid black with 'WESTON LAKERS' in gold on the front. Due to the team logo being printed on the suit, we are unable to return them - the suit you order is the suit you get, even if it is the wrong size.

T-shirts:
Youth through Adult Large - $12
Adult X-Large & 2X-Large - $15

Towels, etc.:
Towel (included for swimmer) - $15
Monogram on towel- $5
Decal, personalized with first name - $10
Visor, 'Lakers' on bill - $10

Volunteer Promise:
Volunteer service deposit - $75 check (to be returned at Awards Night, after volunteer hours have been met)

Parent/Swimmer Agreement

We are our children's role models! By submitting the Registration Form, you and your swimmer are agreeing to the following:

Yes, I understand that the coaches have the final decision as to whether my child meets the requirements for participation.

Yes, I understand that any misconduct on the part of my child may result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension.

Yes, I understand parent participation is REQUIRED. I will provide a separate check in the amount of $75 made out to WLST. The check will be returned to me at the end of the season when I have completed my volunteer hours.
